We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Scipio crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Scipio homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Scipio calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Scipio foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Scipio foundation wall right now.
A Scipio sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Scipio schedule.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Scipio property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Scipio emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Scipio tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Scipio pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Scipio jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Scipio quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Scipio horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Scipio customers through this process many times.
Every Scipio job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
Every Scipio technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
